He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Andrzejewski and Mary Andrzejewski (Nowacki); and his siblings, Zita Lesinski, Esther Malak, Alice Malak, Diana "Donna" Szilagye, Edwin Andrews, John Andrews, Robert Andrzejewski and Peter Andrzejewski.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Andrzejewski Gurza (Alex Gurza) and Nathan Andrzejewski; his grandson Daniel Gurza; and his brother Sigmund Andrzejewski. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
