He was predeceased by: his former wife Joanne; his son David Keith II; his granddaughter Jessica; and his stepgrandson Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Fawn (Wally), Melissa (Bryan) and Kevin (Bly); and his stepchildren, Wayne (Jennifer), Mark (Loretta), Billy and Kathy (Bill). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
