She is survived by: her children, Frances Jarina (Chris), Richard Coulter and Janice Jacobs; her siblings, Albert and Morgan; her grandchildren, Jennifer, John Richard, Amanda, Jade and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Lycan, Luna, Lilith, Luciano, John Richard Jr., Annabella, Ava and Aspen.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to go to Colon Cancer.
