He was predeceased by : his parents, Harmon Watts and Mattie Inez Wilkinson Watts; his wife Jane Watts; and his siblings, Audrey Kuhn, Truel Watts and Jodie Watts.
He is survived by : his children, Richard Watts (Alma), Charlie Watts (Linda) and Cynthia Earls (Steve); his brother Duane Watts; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amy, Jason, Nicole, Sarah, Nathan, Aaron and Ethan.
