He is survived by : his wife Ialene Howell Melchiorre; his sons, Michael Andrea Melchiorre I and Marcus Howell Melchiorre; and his grandchildren, Michael Andrea Melchiorre (Ashley), Jenifer Melchiorre Cook (Rex Allen) and Desiree Antionetta Melchiorre.
