“I was blessed to know Phyllis (and husband Bill) for nearly 40 years. I worked as a mechanic for several years in the early '80's. Even my first day at work she wanted to send me home immediately. Why? Because it happened to be my birthday and she felt that day is special and one should not have to work on their birthday! Phyllis was a special lady.
