He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Carol Sue Webb; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Webb, William "Bill" Webb and Eric Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Connie F. Webb; his children, Randy Andrew Webb (Mbali) of Douglasville, Georgia, Jackie Mae Webb (Richard) of Tavares and Abbie Lynn Hendry (Johnny) of Chesapeake, Virginia; his stepchildren, James David Yancey of Sorrento, Jessica Lynn Yancy of Eustis and Ciera Ashley Dawn Yancey of Sorrento; and his sister Sherry Johnson (Phil) of Cambridge, Ohio. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
