She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Moyer; and her children, David E. Hall, Jr. and Diane Kay Hall Dubus. She is survived by: her son Ken Hall (Kathy) of Hayesville; her siblings, Faith Flottemesch of Dover, Deleware and John Moyer of Essex, Maryland; and her great grandchild Dawn Gunther. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
