She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Kopylec and Eva Kopylec (Garbinski); her husband Edwin A. Wayne Sr.; and her siblings, Andrew, Steven, Michael, Joseph, John Kopylec, Mary K. Gould, Anne Della Valle and Holly Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin A. Wayne (Suzan) of Warren, Nancy W. Hughes (Stephen) and Dr. Susan I. Wayne; her grandchildren, Dr. Erin Hughes-Spence (Geoffrey), Christine J. Hughes, Alison Wayne Boerner (Trae) and Eric Wayne (Jaymie); and her great grandchildren, John Edwin Spence, Colton Boerner and Kason Boerner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
