He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Hannah Marie Black (Hewitt); and his brother Daniel Ray Black of Farmington, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mae Mitzelfelt; his children, Cecelia Clark (Wayne) of Winter Park, Robert Black (June) of Apopka and Dr. Ronald Black (Kelli) of Honolulu, Hawaii; his grandchildren, Justin Clark, Shannon Clark, Carolyn Black, Veronica Black, Daniel Black, Sophia Clark, Nicole Schommer (Adam) and Justin Gilpin; his great grandchild Verona Gilpin; and his siblings, Rose Mary Melbourne of Kewanee and James Robert Black of Farmington, Illinois..
