He is survived by: his wife Linia Overly (Griffin); his daughters, Andrea Overly Bishop and Amber Overly Handy; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Nora, Lilly, Chrystalle, Dream and Skylar. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
