She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Van Horn of Acworth, GA; her grandsons, Michael Van Horn (Sylvia) of Acworth, GA and Cayla Miller of Marietta; and her great grandchildren, Kinsley of Acworth, GA, Lawon of Acworth, GA, Brantley Van Horn of Acworth, GA and Aurora Miller of Marietta.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home (93 Prather Barnes Rd, Manchester, GA 31816).
