He is survived by: his parent Colleen Blash of Fernandina Beach; his siblings, James Blash of Live Oak, FL and Jasmine Blash of Middleburg, FL; his grandmother Evangeline Smith of Fernandina Beach; and his aunts and uncles, Elizabeth McDowell of Fernandina Beach, Lynn Smith of Fernandina Beach, Evelyn Smith of Fernandina Beach, James Smith of Jacksonville, Donell Baker of Fernandina Beach and Jeanie Tookes of Fernandina.
