He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mankey and Nancy Mankey (Faranda); and his brother William Mankey. He is survived by: his wife Joy Darleen Zimmerman; his siblings, Robert Mankey (Holly), Barbara Mankey and Ted Mankey (Lorrie) of Pittsburgh, PA; his children, Andrew Mankey (Michelle) of Mars, PA and Molly Paulson of Tampa, FL; and his grandchildren, Madelyn Mankey, Jacob, Luke and Zachary Paulson.
