He is survived by: his father John Francis Kane; his pet Belle; his children, Darcy (Peter) of Jacksonville, Michael (Jennifer) of Providence, Maggie of Fernandina Beach, Timothy of Lake Geneva and Jennifer Bennett (Ed) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Caitlin Ruvolo, Lauren Kane, Madeline Kane, Sean Kane, Emily Kane, Matthew Kane, Amanda Bennett, EJ Bennett and Carter Bennett; Zelda. He is also survived by aunt and uncle and cousins.
