He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Frank (Kelly), Sean (Celeste) and Marca (Tim); his siblings, Emily Isbill, Michael Finocchio and Carlo Finocchio; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Stein and Richard Isbill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oxley-Heard Funeral Home (1305 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
