He is survived by: his son Kelly Kyzer (Amanda); his grandchildren, KaeLynn, Gracie Kyzer, Jeff of Fernandina Beach and Jason Knight of Fernandina Beach; his nieces, Wanda Wilson (Rick Holt) and Victoria Autrey; and his close friends, David Kennedy and Lane Mashburn.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that a memorial contribution be made to Council on Aging.
