He was predeceased by: his parents, James Horn and Carolyn Horn; and his significant other Jeanette Faye Horn. He is survived by: his friends, Cecil Tucker and William "Bill" Todd; his children, Teresa Horn Delle Donne (David) of Folson, Fernandina Beach and James "Mac" Horn (Audrey) of Bethlehem, Georgia; his grandchildren, Derek Spencer Horn (Jennifer), Kayleigh Horn-May (Justin), Allison Delle Donne-Flores (Josh), Katie Delle Donne-Demond (Greg), Kyle William and Jack Ryan Adams; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Little (Becky) of Fernandina Beach, Dennis Little (Mary Julia) of Fernandina Beach, Neil Little (Debbie) of Fernandina Beach, Frank Norris of Fernandina Beach and Alva Price of Fernandina Beach. He is also survived by many Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
