James touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Norman and Myrtle Bray Norman; and his siblings, J. E. Norman, Gloria Sircy and Rodney Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Terry Norman; his son James "Jim" B. Norman, Jr. (Jill); his grandchildren, Matthew Norman and Karis Norman; and his great grandchild Riley Norman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peeples (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
