He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfathers, Moon, Bubpa, El Jefe, Bubbles and Franc; his parents, Ethel and Ted; his brother Jim; his spouse Pat Kenney; and his children, Justin, Chelsea, Collin, Pat, Jim, Eileen, Kat, Cate, Patrick, Madeline, Teddy, Hanley, Callum, Eloise and Miller Jeffrey.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Nassau Humane Society where Jeff spent many happy hours walking homeless dogs.
