He is survived by: his wife Annette Hicks Higginbotham of Fernandina Beach; his children, Laura Stedman (Ken) of Anchor, Andrew Bryan (Teresa) of Yulee, Jerry W. Higginbotham Jr. (Amy) of New Braunfels and Jason Higginbotham (Michael) of Yulee; his sisters, Barbara Gulick of Jacksonville and Patricia Higginbotham of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Athena, Ashley and Zachary. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
