He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Buck" Weaver and Mary Catherine Considine Weaver; and his brothers, James, Richard and Robert.
He is survived by: his friend Susan Markiw; his wife Marjorie Janz; his children, Susan Coon (Mike), Ronald (Mary), Lawrence (Gina), Timothy (Mercy) and Richard (DeeDee); his grandchildren, Crystal, Ari, Lindsay, Melissa, Matthew, Allison, Lauren, Logan, Luke, Nisha and Kara; his great grandchild Keira; and his siblings, Judith Lewis and Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
