With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Edwards of Fernandina Beach, Florida, born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Edwards; her daughter Robin Hickey; and her siblings, Betty Faye Pouliotte, Shirley DeLoach and Eddie Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Jack "Bubba" Joyner, Donna Crews (Lamar) and Angel Mellott (Mitch); and her grandchildren, Bryan Edwards, Brandee Edwards, Buddy Thomley, Austin May, Lane Mellott, Joey Hickey, Erin Gilbert and Jaclyn Hitchcock.
