She is survived by: her husband Craig Smith; her sons, Samuel Smith (Stacie) of Sunnyvale and Benjamin Smith of Tallahassee, Florida; her stepchildren, Kelly Adkins (JD) of Asheboro and Kerry Rapp (Bryan) of Myrtle Beach; her stepgrandchildren, Shaye, Sean, Troy, Koen, Kate, Taras, Brooklyn and Olivia; her brother Jack Matheny (Jill) of Palatka; her nephews, Sean and Brent; her niece Autumn; and her cousin Jane Hjelm (Jim) of Laurel. She is also survived by loving extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stump-Matics Funeral Home-Clendenin Chapel (8539 Elk River Rd N, Clendenin, WV 25045).
