She was predeceased by: her husband Fred W. Smith; her parents, Albin Brickler and Lucy Brickler; and her siblings, Kathlene Clark, Stanley "Stan" Brickler and Tina Johnson.
She is survived by: her sister Georgia Ray (Bill); and her children, Jaye Tracy (David), Joy Mitchell (George), Jan Lup (Jack) and Fred Smith V (Becky). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Englewood Christian Church (4316 Barnes Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
