We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 71, Marlene Chapman of Fernandina Beach, Florida, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gertrude Festa and Frank Festa. She is survived by : her husband Philip A Chapman, III; her daughter Taylor Hartmann; and her friend Deborah Coscia (Michael).
