He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiliam Thomas McNamee and Marion Edith McNamee. He is survived by: his former wife Margaret McNamee; his children, Sean McNamee, Connor McNamee and Mikala McNamee; his grandchildren, Jhett McNamee, Emmett McNamee and Dax McNamee; and his siblings, Patti Kirsch, Sharon Adcock, Bill McNamee, Maureen McNamee and Colleen Yeager. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
