He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "RJ" Behan and Mary Behan (Elmore); his siblings, Marie Kennedy (Behan), Brenda Duffy (Behan) and Desmond "Dessie" Behan; and his niece Victoria Behan.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Behan (Clarke) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; his sons, Mark (Debra (Dreher) Behan), Darren (Jennifer (Kuzo) Behan) of Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania and Paul (Joy (Piatek) Behan) of Fernandina Beach, Florida.; and his siblings, Ritchie (Bernie (Cullen) Behan), Derek (Michelle (Jones) Behan), Roseleen Doyle (John Doyle) and Deirdre Keyes (Anthony Keyes). He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
Noel's family requests that in lieu of flowers you head to your nearest Irish pub, have a toast in his honor, and be overly generous to your bartenders and waitstaff.
