He is survived by: his wife Eileen Shrubsall; his sons, Christopher Shrubsall and Anthony Shrubsall (Elizabeth Joyce); his grandsons, Kevin and Liam; his siblings, Christopher Shrubsall and Robin Warfield; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jayden Blackmon, Curtis Blackmon and Chanel James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
