She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl Green, Betty and Chester Lewis. She is survived by: her pet Susie; her parents, Catherine Lewis and Ralph Green of Fernandina Beach; her brothers, Raleigh Green (Emily) of Fernandina Beach and Connor Green of Orlando; her grandmother Sippie Green of Fernandina Beach; her nephews, Forrest, Baron and Titan Green; her aunts and uncles, Diane Haymans, Sandra Shelton (Jimmy) of Yulee, Carlene O'Kelly (Mike) of Maryland, Ted Green of Fernandina Beach, Raymond Lewis of Yulee and Bobby Lewis of Yulee; and her cousins, Joshua Lewis (Allison), Adam Lewis (Kristen), Andrew Lewis (Chrystal), Penny Haymans and James Shelton.
