He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur K. Lombard and Mary Ann M. Lombard (Lamore); his wife Shirley Ann Lombard (Morin); and his siblings, Arthur K. Lombard, Jr., Leo C. Lombard, Gloria Vanier, Howard E. Lombard, Delores Foster and Sandrajean E. Lombard.

He is survived by: his children, Mark A. Lombard of Fernandina Beach, Lori L. Lombard of Fernandina Beach and Leah M. Lombard of Jacksonville; his grandsons, Justin Buxton, Jason Lombard and Daren Lombard; and his pet Ella Joy.
