He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Belle and Cleo Belle. He is survived by: his wife Susan McMillin Koehler; his sons, Christopher and Mark (Jill); his grandchildren, Luke and Millie; his brother Jerome; his nephew Jerry; and his nieces, Kristen, Gretchen, Moira and Erica.
