We announce the death of Sandy S. Collins (Fernandina Beach, Florida), who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 82. Sandy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Seaney and Irene Seaney; and her significant other Claude. She is survived by: her children, Julie Ostensen (Scott) and Joseph Collins (Barbie); her grandchildren, Lauren Stansbury, Michael Rountree II, Christian Ostensen, Savannah Collins, Joseph Collins, James Collins, Scarlett Collins and Sandy Collins; her great grandchildren, Andrew Stansbury, Emma Stansbury, Lily Rountree, Michael Rountree III (Trip) and Liam Ostensen; and her nephews, Phillip and Loren McKay.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (202 N 4th St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034).
