She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Carver and Verdie Rhoden Carver; her husband Carl L. Green; her sister Pauline O'Neal; and her granddaughter Rachael Green.
She is survived by: her children, Ted Green, Ralph Green (Cathy) of Fernandina Beach and Carlene O'Kelley (Mike) of Huntingtown, MD; her grandsons, Raleigh Green (Emily) and Connor Green (Lizzie); and her great grandchildren, Forrest, Baron and Titan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mrs. Green's family asks she be remembered with donations to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, The Warner Center for Caring.
