He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dink and Dottie Thornton. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Thornton and Susan Thornton of Fernandina Beach; his brother Matthew Thornton (Kaysley); his sister Grace Bayliss (Gabe) of Jacksonville; his grandparents, Tom and Brenda Williams of Yulee; his pet Scout; and also Brilee of Fernandina Beach. He is also survived by aunt, several uncles and cousins.

Rather than flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to the Nassau County Humane Society in Tyler's memory.
