He is survived by: his aunt Kathy (Susan); his wife Kathy Rylant Conger; his daughter Cathy Conger (Greg); his granddaughter Nora Webb; his sons, William Conger and Craig (Vicki); his grandchildren, Chase, Brennan, Christian and Savanna; his stepdaughter Susan Lang Messing (Erick); his grandchildren, Catherine and Max; and his son Kyle Conger (Reilly Webb).

“To the family of Bill Conger--The last time I saw Bill was at the St. Xavier Class of '56 50th Reunion. Although I had not seen him in 50 years, I recognized him immediately. He had not changed much from that 18-year-old senior. Our relationship was special. Almost every time I was sent to Detention (Jug), Bill was there too. We build up quite a comradery in that room. Can't remember why we were there (66 years ago) but we were there. Bob Thies, St. Xavier High School, Class of 1956”
