He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert Hartshorn and Leah Kathryn Hartshorn; and his brother Robert Edward Hartshorn (Delores May Hartshorn). He is survived by: his children, Debra Lee Hartshorn of North Augusta, William Steven Hartshorn of Winter Springs and Charles Raymond Hartshorn of Rosenberg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
