We announce the death of Wyman E. Hughes (Fernandina Beach, Florida), who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 90. Wyman will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Carson Hughes and Thelma Inez Hughes (Tinsley); his wife Adria Jacqueline "Jackie" Hughes (Anderson); his sons, Edwin "Eddie" Hughes and Bryan Jason Hughes; and his grandson Sean Michael Menninger.
He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Menninger (Mike); his granddaughters, Nicole Hughes and Monica Muzquiz (Moses); his great grandchildren, Gracie, Kyla, Brooke, Aria, Jace, Jayden and Makenna; his siblings-in-law, Eva and Gerald Key; his nephew David; and his nieces, Katharine, Elizabeth and Tiffany. He is also survived by many other great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
