She was predeceased by: her parent Marion Anderson Eason; her grandmother Belle Adamson Eason; her husband Thomas Howard Vickers of Flagler Beach, Florida; her siblings, Roy Douglas Eason of Atlanta, Hildreth Longino of McDonough and Gladys Wren Barr of Ormond Beach, Florida; her niece Virginia G. Wren of Vinings, Georgia; and her nephews, Tommy Aultman of Macon and Jerry Waddell of Covington, Georgia..
She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Vass (Toni Masters) of Greenville; her granddaughter Lauren Vass Guthrie (Clay) of Cleveland; and her nieces and nephews, Lynda Clark (Dwaine) of Ormond Beach, Bonnie Barnwell of Braselton, Georgia, Doug Wren (Barbara) of Griffin and Randy Longino (Linda) of Fayetteville, Georgia.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Volusia Memorial Park (550 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
