He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Crews (Melissa) of Palm Coast and Adam Crews of Bunnell; and his grandchildren, Julianna (Alex), Aaron (Savannah), Isaiah (Emily), Ian (Cara), Cullen and Coy Crews. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
