He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cappello and Lillian Cappello (Jussay); and his sister Michelle Scaperotti. He is survived by: his wife Laura McLaughlin; his sons, Brian J. Cappello of Deland and Daniel J. Cappello; his granddaughter Emma Cappello of Deland; his brothers, Paul Cappello (Jennifer) of Tennessee and David Cappello (Christina) of Puerto Rico; and his sister-in-law Karen McLaughlin of Palm Coast. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
