He is survived by: his sister Patricia Anderson; his children, John Soutar, Raymond Soutar, Timothy O'Connor and Colleen Soutar (Leonard Boone); his daughter-in-law Deanna O'Connor; and his grandchildren, Nina Soutar, Noah Boone, Alexis O'Connor, Caragh O'Connor, Krystal Soutar and Joseph Soutar. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
