He is survived by : his wife Erin Fernandes of Palm Coast; his children, Audrey Fernandes and Alex Fernandes; his father Victor Fernandes; his stepfather Christopher of Verre; his mother Fatima Lavado of Palm Coast; his siblings, Michael Fernandes of New Jersey, Ashley Ruivo and Tyler Ruivo of Palm Coast; and his parents-in-law, Patty Bruce (Lisa Bruce), Ray and Julie Lester.
