He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hulse and Lillian Hulse; his daughter Melanie Hulse; and his sister Claire Hulse. He is survived by: his son Paul James Hulse (Nadine); his grandchildren, Theresa, Matthew, Paul James Jr., Kaylee, Dylan, Logan and Magnus; his great grandchild Emilia; and his siblings, David, Susan, Kathleen, Phillip, Lillian and Alice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends.
