He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Roman R. Rios, Sr. and Damiana Ecolango. He is survived by : his wife Eunice Bilagot Rios; his children, Rachel Rios, Emmanuel Roy Rios (Leslie) and Roselle F. Paglomutan (Daniel); his grandchildren, Roman, Simon, Seraphim; Marylou Cash (John) and Roman E. Rios III; his siblings, Virginia Santos, Milagros Lopez, Pacencia Asunsion and Manolito Rios; his nieces, Teresita Comprado and Bernadette Calayag (Romualdo); and his nephew Emmanuel Quilatan (Grace). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory either to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or Advent Health Hospice East Foundation.
