He was predeceased by: his parents, James Radcliff and Nellie Radcliff. He is survived by: his wife Karen Radcliff; his children, Jay Radcliff, Casey Radcliff (Annie), Jeremy Radcliff, Joshua Radcliff (Lindsey), Christopher Penwell and Rebecca Radcliff; his grandchildren, Haylee Penwell, Matthew Radcliff, Nathaniel Radcliff, Benjamin Radcliff and Cara Penwell; his brother Jamie Radcliff; Michele.

Donations in Terry's memory may be made to the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, in gratitude for the exceptional care and kindness they provided.
