William D Barr Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William D Barr (Flagler Beach, Florida), who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Barr and Vivien Young Barr; his sister Dr. Betty Holmes; his uncle Melvin Young (Cy); and his granddaughter Katie Hawks Mulcare of Alexandria Virginia.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Cindy Mulcare (Tim), Wayne Lane (Patricia) of Jonesborough, TN, Bill Barr (Kathy) of Greenville, SC and Lisa Barr (Patty Perry). He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations in his name be made to the Rodeheaver Boy's Ranch 380 Boy's Ranch Road, Palatka, Florida 32177.
