He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Simpson and Betty Simpson; his wife Brenda Gallahar; and his brother Larry Simpson. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Brewer and Tracie; his son-in-law Curtis Howell; his grandchildren, Austin, Sadie, Garrett Howell, Colton, Brenlee Brewer and Heavenlee Grace; and his pet Dixie.
