He is survived by: his spouse Stacy Johnson (Larson); his children, Ava, Mia, Ian and Isa; his parents, Colleen Samson of Fleming Island, FL and Craig Johnson; his stepmother Carol Johnson of Ocala, FL; his brother David Samson II; his siblings-in-law, Christopher Smith of Charlotte, NC and Jillian Williams (Jason Williams) of Fairfax, VA; his parents-in-law, Doug and Jody Larson of Orange Park, FL; his stepsiblings, Erik Johnson (Ocala), Mark Samson (Connecticut), Greg Samson (Connecticut) and Megan Samson (Michigan); and his sibling's children, Jones, Jett, June Williams and Jasper Samson.
