He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Shepherd and Janice Elaine Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Shepherd; his stepsons, James Settle and Christopher Settle; his daughter Allison Shepherd; his grandchildren, Amaretta Joy, Reven and James Settle; his sister Lynn; his brother-in-law Blake Berry; and his sibling's children, Ryan Berry and Breanne Berry.
